Concetta is a Chartered Survyeor (MRICS) with over 18 years experience at the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), offering technical expertise in Rating across a broad range of asset classes including offices, industrial properties, schools and retail. She is highly skilled in the application of rating legislation and valuation principles to complex and varied property portfolios.
During her time at the VOA she also acted as the GPCR lead for Inner London, organising and leading several GPCR discussions including shopping centres and ambulance stations. Subsequently, Concetta has gained experience in the private sector, providing comprehensive rating advice to a diverse client base. Her clients have included Evolve, Ecco Shoes, Swatch, Watches of Switzerland, Diptyque, TK Maxx, Martin group, Haringey Council and many other occupiers.
