Tom leads the Development Advisory service at Black Cat, advising public- and private-sector clients on the delivery of complex development and regeneration projects.
He has extensive experience in town centre regeneration, development viability and delivery strategies, working with clients to bring forward challenging or stalled sites and translate strategic ambition into deliverable projects.
Prior to joining Black Cat, Tom worked at CBRE and the highly successful Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation and Stockport Council, where he played a key role in progressing major regeneration initiatives across the town centre. He subsequently moved into private practice with a specialist regeneration consultancy before joining Black Cat to establish and lead the firm’s Development Advisory service.
Tom is known for providing clear, practical advice and for working closely with clients and project teams to unlock development opportunities, with a focus on ensuring deliverability.
