Brad is a Graduate Building Surveyor with over 7 years of experience in the property industry, one of which gained as a graduate surveyor where he developed a strong foundation in building consultancy services. Bradley has primarily worked on Project Management and Contract Administration instructions, delivering commercial refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including industrial and office.
He also has experience in assisting in the delivery of several professional instructions including Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, building a well rounded understanding of the profession.
Currently progressing through his APC with the intention to achieving chartership, Bradley takes a proactive approach to learning and development. He enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality, outcomes for clients whilst continuing to grow his expertise.
