Vincent Payne MRICS

Having worked in the commercial property sector for around 15-years, Vincent has a diverse wealth of building surveying experience, primarily specialising in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys and dilapidations matters.

During his previous employment with TFT Ltd where he spent 12-years, he undertook numerous pre-acquisition and vendor TDD instructions throughout the UK and Europe across all property sectors for various large-scale institutional investor clients, and was a member of the working and quality assurance (QA) groups, playing an active role in shaping the service lines and ensuring that deliverables were of the highest quality.

He also regularly carries out Contract Administration and Project Management duties, and has a broad experience in Party Wall matters. Vincent has a proven record of delivering clear and concise information that is focused on the client’s commercial objectives.
