Iroko appointed our Ireland team to deliver full Technical Due Diligence on the acquisition of Macken House, a multi-let office building in Dublin’s North Docklands, under a tight timeline.

Working at pace, we delivered an integrated TDD service across building surveying, M&E, and Environmental Phase 1, providing responsive support and real-time advice throughout. By clearly setting out risks, costs, and responsibilities, we helped the client move quickly and confidently to secure a high-quality asset with a clear asset management strategy.
