We’re delighted to welcome Tom Smith MRICS Smith to Black Cat! 🐈‍⬛

Tom joins us to establish and lead a brand-new service line: Development Advisory – strengthening our ability to support clients at the earliest, most critical stages of their projects.

With a career spanning both public and private sectors, Tom brings deep experience in town centre regeneration, development viability and delivery strategies. He worked on major initiatives during his time at CBRE and with Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation and Stockport Council – helping to unlock complex and often stalled sites, and turning strategic ambition into projects that can actually be delivered.

At Black Cat, Tom will be working with public and private sector clients to bring clarity to complex developments – focusing on what’s viable, what’s deliverable, and how to make it happen.

Tom will be part of the Black Cat team heading to UKREiiF 2026 in Leeds in a couple of weeks. Come and find our stand, grab a coffee, and say hello!
