Brett is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of expertise, specialising in projects and dilapidations across all sectors, with a focus on industrial assets in the last five years. Brett has led portfolio wide Dilapidations, Project Management and Contract Administrations instructions for Landlords, Tenants, Funders, and Purchasers for a variety of clients across multiple sectors.
Brett takes pride in ensuring full understanding of the client’s holistic goals and commercial ambitions for an asset or portfolio allowing him to provide commercial, pragmatic advice to assist the client in achieving them.
