Danny has been an integral part of Black Cat since the company started in 2015. With a wide breadth of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, he has specialised within the industrial, commercial, retail, residential and educational sectors. During this time, he has worked on multiple projects providing sound reinstatement costs assessments, balanced cost, contractual and commercial advice and documentation to both private and public sector clients.
