Elle began her professional career as a Project Administrator for a company in Portsmouth specialising in machinery relocations and contract lifts. During her time there, she was promoted to Project Co-ordinator, gaining further experience in customer-facing services and supporting a wide range of projects, from full factory relocations to 200-tonne contract lifts.
In February 2025, she joined Black Cat Building Consultancy as a Project Administrator. Her main role within the business is supporting the Defence Services team in the organisation of awarded contracts. Her core responsibilities include coordinating project documentation, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with both company and client requirements. She also supports the checking and finalisation of documentation prior to client issue on behalf of the Surveyor.
