My Surveying career started in 2021 when I enrolled on a five-year part-time Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (Building Surveying) BSc (Hons) at the University of Portsmouth. Since then, I have gone on to build a strong foundation in building consultancy, with most of the experience focused on projects for the Ministry of Defence. My work encompassed refurbishment design, feasibility studies, and progressing projects from Stage 2 concept design through to detailed design and site completion.
In addition to core design and project management responsibilities, I frequently undertake building condition surveys and defects analysis, providing practical technical insight and supporting clients in maintaining and improving their built estate.
As my career has progressed, I have developed a keen ability to engage directly with clients, helping to shape project briefs, align technical solutions with operational requirements, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. My continued growing experience across multiple RIBA stages has strengthened his understanding of the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility
through to handover and completion.
