Marek Baldwin MRICS

Following graduation in 2010, Marek returned to Workman LLP in their Manchester office, where he’d spent his placement year. He built his career over the next 7 years, progressing to Associate level, before joining Black Cat in 2017.

Although his focus has primarily been on the commercial property sector working on shopping centres and office buildings, Marek has experience in all aspects of professional and project work, acting for a variety of investment funds and institutional clients. He is focused and diligent in his work to ensure his clients get the level of service they require and that results are delivered.
