Sam has an MSc in Building Surveying and is a member of the RICS with over 5 years of property and construction experience. Sam is involved in all aspects of commercial building surveying, with a particular interest in Landlord and Tenant matters, Technical Due Diligence, and Project Management work, where strong and sophisticated advice is required. Throughout his career, Sam has provided trustworthy and professional advice to a variety of clients, allowing them to make a fully informed decision.
