One of the founding directors of Black Cat, Stephen has more than 25 years of experience in commercial building surveying having previously been on the National Dilapidations teams at both Savills and CBRE. Stephen works closely with a number of legal firms to provide expert dilapidations advice and prides himself on in-depth knowledge of dilapidations and developing strategies yielding effective results for Clients.
