We’re really pleased to welcome Gemma Dimmock back to Black Cat as a Business Rates Surveyor!

Gemma first joined us in 2021 as part of our office team before gaining valuable experience at CBRE. She now returns to the business in a professional surveying capacity, having assisted on a range of shopping centres, outlet malls and retail portfolios, and is currently undertaking her IRRV qualification to further strengthen her knowledge in business rates.

With the 2026 Revaluation on the horizon, Gemma will be supporting clients across a range of commercial property sectors – providing practical, straightforward advice and helping them prepare for what lies ahead in an evolving rating landscape.

It’s great to have her back on the team!
