A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 18 years’ experience at the Valuation Office, Concetta brings deep technical expertise in Rating across offices, industrial and retail assets, alongside a strong command of legislation and valuation principles.

She also offers valuable private sector experience, having advised a wide range of owners and occupiers including: Evolve, Martin Group, TK Maxx, Ecco Shoes, Swatch and Watches of Switzerland.

With her blend of public and private sector insight, Concetta strengthens our ability to deliver clear, confident and commercially focused advice for our clients.
