With over 15 years in the commercial property sector, Vince brings a wealth of experience across Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, having delivered instructions for major institutional investors across the UK and Europe.

He spent over a decade at TFT, where he not only led on pre-acquisition and vendor hashtag#TDD work across all sectors, but also played an active role in quality assurance and shaping service delivery. That focus on quality and consistency aligns perfectly with how we operate.

Vince also brings broader experience in Contract Administration, Project Management and Party Wall matters, underpinned by a clear, commercially focused approach that keeps clients’ objectives front and centre.
