Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years’ experience advising investors, landlords and occupiers across the office and industrial sectors. Having started his career in London, he relocated to the North-West in 2015 and joined Black Cat in 2026.
Paul specialises in the project management of commercial fit outs, refurbishment and asset enhancement projects, alongside the strategic management of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters. He works closely with clients to deliver value add initiatives, manage lifecycle risk and capital expenditure, protect income streams and support exit strategies, with a clear focus on maximising asset performance and long term return on investment.
When he’s not improving buildings, Paul is usually being outnumbered by his three children. He has recently taken up rock climbing—mainly for the excellent coffee and the highly effective child engagement. A once-keen footballer, he now plays veterans’ football on a strictly ‘injuries permitting’ basis, with warm ups lasting longer than the matches.
