Nichola is a specialist Chartered Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience. She has worked for contractors and consultancies, including Ridge and Partners, AECOM, EMCOR, and most recently AtkinsRéalis. Nicky’s project experience covers all aspects of M&E installations across the retail, education, healthcare, nuclear, pharmaceutical, defence, and infrastructure sectors. She is involved from feasibility through to procurement and delivery, with a focus on cost analysis and the development of cost models.
