Aidan is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over seven years’ experience across Ireland and the UK, working with owners, investors and developers. At Black Cat Building Consultancy he’ll be delivering a broad range of services including Project Management, Contract Administration, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations.

With experience managing project costs and contracts from initial concept through to completion, Aidan brings strong commercial awareness and a balanced approach to cost, quality and delivery to our growing team in Ireland.

Outside of work, Aidan spends any free moment on the golf course. 🏌
