Welcoming Paul Crowe to the Black Cat Building Consultancy team! 🐈‍⬛

Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in Project Management and Building Surveying, supporting investors, developers and occupiers to optimise asset value across their portfolios. He advises on acquisition-stage technical due diligence, capex planning, refurbishment delivery and lifecycle risk management, helping clients ensure their assets are compliant, well maintained and strategically positioned to protect income, enhance exit value and drive long-term performance.

Paul has worked across a wide range of asset classes, with particular strength in commercial offices and industrial properties, where his project management expertise comes to the fore. He began his career in London, working with major clients including Barclays Bank, Royal London, DB Schenker and Aberdeen Standard. Since relocating to the North West in 2015, he has continued to support pension funds, institutional investors and large occupiers on technically and commercially complex instructions.

Outside of work, Paul spends most of his time with his three children, but when time allows he enjoys rock climbing and following the highs and lows of Newcastle United.
