We’re delighted to welcome Rich Brook to our growing Commercial and Cost Management team!

Rich is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across refurbishment, fit out, listed buildings and construction. Dual-qualified with an MSc in Construction Law, he brings deep expertise in contracts, disputes and procurement, helping clients de-risk projects and navigate complex contractual challenges with confidence.

With extensive main contractor experience and having held a wide range of roles, Rich offers a well-rounded understanding of project teams and the full life cycle of a project – from inception through to completion.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family and two children, and can be found every weekend coaching U8s grassroots football coach, come rain or shine.
