Rich Brook MRICS

Rich is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of roles, including Commercial Director, Construction Director, Commercial Manager and client-side consultant Director. He specialises in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management and Contractual Advice, with extensive experience in commercial refurbishment, fit-out and construction.

Rich has worked across multiple contract forms, with particular expertise in JCT, alongside experience of NEC and FIDIC. His professional, structured and driven approach provides excellent project control and client satisfaction.
